Also the new computer may be performing below normal, particularly when the manufacturer of your Computer installed at the factory some unneeded applications before your buying it. What you need to try is to open your computer and see the right side of the tool bar across bottom of the desk top (this would typically be in the lower right corner, but depends on how you have your task-bars arranged). There are probably some icons hidden in the task-bar that in fact is running in the background when you are doing your work. This means that it might use up much of the free storage capacity from your computer, making it function much slower when various applications are being used.

If you want to be sure, click right on the task-bar and then choose “task manager” and the Task Manager should pop-up. You can even access this by pressing the shortcut “control-alt-delete” when the computer is on but be careful and just push the shortcut once or your PC will restart itself. Now you should be able to see how many applications run in the background (counting the quantity of memory resources they use). Also, merely close unneeded applications by highlighting the specific program and then clicking End Task.
