You would be working closely with a nurse and making sure that patients everyday needs are met daily. Some of the duties of a CNA are dress, feed, bathe, and even make their beds. To become a nurse assistant you would need a CNA certificate.

In order to get certified you would need to have minimum 75 hours in training as well as pass a state exam. Your first requirement to get started would be to ensure you have a high school diploma or a GED. With the Diploma or GED out of the way you can being searching for the right program.

After one works for a while as a CNA and gains experience they can move on to become a RN or stay working as a CNA for long term.
